1. About Orgalytics

Orgalytics is an AI-powered Google Search Console analytics platform that helps users understand website search performance. The Service analyzes available data, including clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average search positions, queries, pages, countries, and devices, to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.

Orgalytics provides analytics and recommendations. It does not replace Google Search Console or guarantee improvements in website traffic, search rankings, clicks, or business results.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service uses authorized, read-only access to analyze available search performance data. It does not change your website or Google Search Console settings as part of its standard analytics functionality.

You may revoke access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may prevent the Service from retrieving updated data or providing related features.

4. Free Plan and Paid Services

Orgalytics offers a free plan that allows users to access available features of its AI-powered Google Search Console analytics platform. Features and usage limits may vary depending on the selected plan.

Users may upgrade to a paid subscription to access additional features or usage limits, where available. Applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and subscription terms will be displayed before purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Orgalytics lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Access Search Console properties or data without authorization.
• Attempt to compromise the Service's security or interfere with its operation.
• Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code, except where applicable law permits.
• Use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.

6. User Data and Privacy

You retain the rights you hold in your data. You authorize Orgalytics to access and process the information necessary to provide the Service, generate analytics, maintain your Account, and support its functionality.

7. AI Insights and Recommendations

Orgalytics does not guarantee any particular SEO, traffic, ranking, CTR, revenue, or conversion outcome. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the Service's analysis.

8. Intellectual Property

Orgalytics and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, interface, and underlying technology.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. This does not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

You retain your rights in your data. Your use of AI-generated insights is subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services and Availability
